Illinois Electric Cooperative, in partnership with our member’s services software, recently launched a smartphone app.
The app is named IEC Connect and is now available for free for iPhone and Android smartphones. The app can be found by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and searching “IEC Connect.”
The app has many features that those who pay their bill online will be familiar with. Members are able to pay their bill, view usage, and report an outage, among functions by using the app.
Once the app is downloaded on the phone and opened, it will ask you to login or sign up. If you currently pay your bill online, you will be able to use the same login and password. If you have not registered online, tap sign up. This will only take a minute. Members will need their member number, account number, and an email address to complete this process. If you’re not sure of your member and account number, it is displayed on your monthly statement.
The app was designed to be quick and easy-to-use. Members will find the navigation and function of the app to be straightforward. IEC Connect is now available in the app stores for both Android and iPhone. If you have any questions about the app, please give us a call at 1-800-468-4732.
