Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, Illinois Electric is implementing precautionary measures
to assure we can continue to provide essential services to our membership. We will be following recommendations from the CDC and the Governor’s office, as well as making some operational changes. With the unprecedented number of cancellations, we understand that many of you will be limiting your social interactions. We can take care of almost any request with just a phone call. We also offer several ways to pay, including by phone, web site, and mobile app. Please feel free to call us with any of your needs or concerns.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, we feel it prudent to implement our emergency action plan. That will involve, in part, closing our lobby beginning at noon today, Tuesday, March 17th. It will remain closed until further notice. This is a precautionary measure to protect you and our employees, and assure that we can continue to provide you with essential services.
